Cash Register Express Features

Cash Register Express is a great and affordable system for most small retail stores and service oriented businesses also.  One thing we find to be most helpful in the drop down touch menu for small items that will not hold a PLU or items with a PLU that can not be found).  We have found the touch portion of the POS system works well in Web Based, Phone Order, Catalog type stores that sales reps do not ever touch the product. 

The touch portion of the POS program also works well in the service and repair industry also as you can add items and labor to the invoice and describe services rendered.  You can also get complete reports by department as to what hardware or equipment was sold and what labor description where performed on any given day.

Cash Register Express will work well in a small store environment with 5 registers or less any thing larger than 5 registers we would suggest either Comcash or Microsoft RMS as they work off of a SQL server or Microsoft Date Base Engine type of a data base.

Cash Register Express is quite a simple POS system to install and configure as it does not require advanced computer skills to install and maintain.  A technician will need to know how to set a com port, set up an internet connection, and be able to network computers together
