The installer will need adequate knowledge of a Windows based PC computer as far as com-ports, printer set up, file decompression,  creating network connections of computers on multiple register installations, and program installation.  The installer will need to be patient and the ability to acquire knowledge of new programs required.

E System Sales will not support basic computer configurations, settings, com-port and network setup. 

Support Package #2.  Software programming support on issues not supported by E System Sales support desk via telephone for a period of 60 days.  $130 for single register, add $65 for a register 2, and $35.00 per register for registers 3 through 5.

Support Package #3.  Prepare data base for basic restaurant configurations with software programming support on issues not supported by E System Sales support desk via telephone for a period of 60 days.  $350.00 per 50 items on a single register, add $65 for a register 2, and $35.00 per register for registers 3 through 5.

Hardware and software complications and problems in this process can be best handled by the manufacturer.
